1. RESPECT everyone especially coaches and instructors.
No smack talking on the street or on the internet.
2. POSITIVE ATTITUDES ONLY. NO WHINING! Don’t make excuse not to train… make excuses to train!
3. DON’T DISTRACT PEOPLE TRAINING. Allow people to train with out disruptions. Once workout begins stay focused, no idle chattering.
If you must bring your children, watch them. You are responsible for their safety. Please don’t let them climb, jump off, or abuse the equipment.
4. GYM DUES. Pay gym dues the week prior to the 1st of the month.
If you are having financial hardship please notify Coach Rumsey. Do not allow them to come to you. A LATE FEE MAY BE ASSESSED.
5. KEEP OUR GYM CLEAN!
Keep street shoes off mats. Everyone picks up. Wipe down equipment or mat area after use. NO FOOD or beverages in MMA training zone, only bottled water. (PLEASE throw the empty bottles in the garbage.) Keep your gear together.
6. HYGINE. IF YOU ARE ILL STAY AWAY!
No spreading germs. Wash your hands after using the bathroom.
Wash your gym clothes. (one workout per wash)
Clean your body and gear often. Keep your finger nails and toe nails trimmed. No hair gel or excessive lotion.
7. LOYALTY. Be loyal to your team. Get permission to train elsewhere. Do not share training camp business with any one.
